One of a kind new build in Blanco Texas. Every piece on this house is custom. Had several construction interruptions that slowed the production of the decking and roof structure. This had nothing to do with Dennis our roofing contractor. Dennis was patient and had his crew on site the day my framers were ready for him. The Cowboy built each metal panel on site to make sure the entire standin seam roof fit perfectly. Roof came out perfectly and Dennis was several thousand dollars less than the other quote.

I represented the seller. I’m a realtor in Texas. We were in a fast closing and the roof did not satisfy the inspector. After full roof replacement last year by another company our roof still leaks. We gave up on trying to get the original installers to come fix our issue. We called Dennis.. he was actually familiar with the company that did the work and identified the issue on site. He repaired it himself and gave us a detailed video of a flashing that was missing. I had a leak on the highest point in the roof at the base of around turret. Dennis Garrett came out, took one look at it brought his sheet metal mechanics out.
